Chair aerobics ended on November 17 and will begin again on June 12, 2017.
Come one, come all, both men and women. Join us for chair exercises at the Hanna Recreation Center on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday starting on September 29th at 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. This wellness program, presented by the Hanna Senior Center, will: (1) stimulate circulation; (2) boost the brain’s ability for critical thinking and memory retention; (3) improve mental and physical health.
Sit down and shape up. It’s fun!!
